We live in turbulent times.
- Suicide is at an all-time high. In fact, there are more deaths by suicide in our world each year than caused by war, terrorism, and crime combined!
- There are more deaths from opioid abuse than caused by Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq wars combined!
- Depression is rampant with 87% of people stating they don’t like their job according to the most recent Gallup Poll.
Why are these things occurring in a world where our economic affluence and standard of living are consistently on the rise and far beyond what they were just a few years ago?
Because while we believe we have a need for more money and increasing economy, those things have long been proven to not answer our deepest problems. Read just a few of the stats above. This is all happening while the GDP is $21.3 trillion and we’re posting 99 straight months of job growth. Something is missing here.

study—that more money doesn’t equate to more happiness and fulfillment,
