Leaders get results; and without results it’s all just nice ideas and talk.

Results tell an interesting story.
They tell the truth.

Many in today’s world have been conditioned to believe their stories are truth.
Your story about your life determines your life.
But your story is NOT the truth!
“It’s my parents’ fault…
“Life dealt me a bad hand…
“It’s my culture…
“I live in a country where there’s no opportunity…
“I’m not talented enough…
“I don’t have the education…
“It’s the economy…
“I’m too young…
“I’m too old…
“I don’t have the time because of my kids.”
The list is endless.
Authentic Leaders realize that they are not their story…
They are not their past accomplishments…
They are not what’s been “done to them”…
They are not what has been said about them…
They are not what others believe, they are only what they believe and are willing to take big bold action upon.
They are what they are today by their own choices, actions and results.
Results do not equal no results plus a good story.
Authentic leaders have integrity. Look at the word integrity—very similar to the word integrated.
When leaders say they’re going to do something they do it.
When they say they’re going to be somewhere, they’re there.
When leaders have an appointment scheduled, they show up. Or, if something does happen, they let you know well in advance that they need to reschedule.
You know that when they commit, they commit! They can be counted upon.
Ghosting or no-shows don’t even exist in the heart and mind of the authentic leader.
When they say something, they deliver.
Results tell an interesting story.
They tell the true story.
It doesn’t matter how long it takes…
It doesn’t matter how “tired” they are…
It doesn’t matter whether they “feel” like it or not…
Leaders get results!
You can transform and lead your life and business,
or you can make excuses. But you can’t do both.
